These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the link-in-bio service "MOQO Link" ("Service") operated by moqo.link ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The Service allows users to create a profile page (moqo.link/username) to aggregate and publish multiple links and social media accounts as a free web service.

3. Account Registration

1. You may register for the Service using an email address and password, or via Google OAuth.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your registration details up to date.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Usernames may only contain alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and underscores, and must be between 3 and 30 characters.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation
2. Engage in or facilitate criminal activity
3. Post links intended for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or other malicious purposes
4. Post content that constitutes child sexual abuse material or exploitation
5. Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
6. Impersonate any person or entity
7. Place excessive load on the Service's servers or network infrastructure
8. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
9. Reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise misuse the Service's systems
10. Send spam, engage in harassment, or use the Service for any abusive purpose
11. Engage in any other activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate

5. Content Ownership

1. You retain all rights to the content (text, images, etc.) you upload to the Service.
2. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, display, store, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
3. All intellectual property rights in the Service's logo, design, and software belong to us.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
2. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your associated data will be removed at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
